Feedback on Netbooks with Satellite Software
Hi all on the BB,
I am planning to buy a Netbook computer for my trip overseas next month. I am looking for feedback on any problems running satellite programs (Orbitron, SatPC32, etc.) with a netbook pc that has the Windows 7 Starter operating system.
Also any information using different Atom Processor's (N270, N280, N450,etc.) I would rather be down level with XP and a 32 bit machine if anyone has had major problems with the 64 bit (N450) and/or Windows 7.
Thanks for any information,
Rick WA4NVM
Rick,
I currently use an Acer Aspire One with the N270 with XP running my Icom 910 , and SatPC32. It hasn't given me any trouble at all. Works like a charm! If you have any other questions about it, you can email me direct.
