It turns out the RTL-SDR v4 isn't working but mid pass I switched back to the RTL-SDR v3 I had in my bag and using that along with your suggestions I was able to capture one image from the pass this morning.

Hi Brendan, The RTL-SDR V4 is fairly new and not all software has been updated for it. I just recently got two of them. Work great on the HF frequencies too.

One thing you need to do if you haven't, is update the RTLSDR.DLL for the V4 version, and it's backward compatible with the V3.
