Around the first of the month I started having telemetry upload failures to the published QB50 telemetry upload URL. It appears they changed from https to just plain http. The following URL works, at least for today:

http://upload.qb50.eu/

Also, I have some VB.net code that works for http post for the QB50 telemetry if anyone is interested in an example.
