He was ready to offer his help and actually helped me on many occasions including my roving in Newfoundland in 2012. What I admired in him is how he always managed to add a personal touch to a QSO even on the busiest passes...

I was very sad to hear about Frank. I worked him many times on multiple satellites. The most recent on July 27th on AO-91. He was a very welcome voice over the transponders. RIP Frank.
