Hi,
I still receive Chibis-M (RS-39) on 435.315 in the late evenings. However, it isn't downlinking in morse code anymore. It sounds like it is downlinking data in a BPSK format, which I've not tried decoding. Another point to note is that it doesn't start downlinking until a long time into its pass. Presumably it is saving its battery power until its footprint is over Russia. Downlinking is also not continuous.
One thing to be careful about is not to mistakenly receive Yubileiny (RS-30) which is also using the same morse code telemetry format on 435.315, and can sometimes be above the horizon at the same time as Chibis-M.
