Does it work as two independant radios ?
Can I be picking up ISS on 145.825 FM AFSK and also pick up AO-51 on 435.225 MHZ 9k6 ?

Yes. The 910H has separate data jacks on the back for main and sub bands, with 1200 and 9k6 I/O on each.
