I use the nasabare.txt for my source file, but when I try to update keps using: http://www.amsat.org/ftp/keps/current/nasabare.all I continually get Download Failed. I use the nasabare.txt because it contains the CAS-4A, CAS-4B, and PSAT (NO-84) satellites, which are not in the amateur.txt file. Any suggestions?

The correct link is https://www.amsat.org/amsat/ftp/keps/current/nasabare.txt

It appears the server is now redirecting all queries to https:
$ wget http://www.amsat.org/amsat/ftp/keps/current/nasabare.txt --2019-03-15 11:59:42-- http://www.amsat.org/amsat/ftp/keps/current/nasabare.txt Resolving www.amsat.org (www.amsat.org)... 67.227.252.196 Connecting to www.amsat.org (www.amsat.org)|67.227.252.196|:80... connected. HTTP request sent, awaiting response... 301 Moved Permanently Location: https://www.amsat.org/amsat/ftp/keps/current/nasabare.txt [following]
I have informed our IT volunteers to check into whether a setting has been changed that now prevents http connections.
Longer term, SatPC32 will need to be upgraded to support https connections as unencrypted http connections are being phased out.

Thanks for getting this looked into Paul, while HTTPs for the website is a fantastic idea, probably isn't needed for TLEs and also will no doubt break quite a few applications like AMSATDroid.
Hopefully, it will be back to normal soon!

Hi!
I see the same issue when I try to update the keps in AmsatDroid Free. When I select "Amateur (amsat.org)" as the set I want, a pop up "Could not download file from network. Kept existing element data." appears. It worked yesterday afternoon. Unlike with SatPC32, the URL where the kep files are located aren't accessible in this app. Is it possible the updated file wasn't stored on the AMSAT server in the right place, or with the right file name in the appropriate place on the server?

Our IT volunteers implemented a change to redirect all http requests to https for security reasons. That change will be rolled back in the next couple of hours due to the impact on SatPC32 and other tracking applications.
