Check the timings. UO-11 has a distinctive bleebleeeebleeeebleeeebleeeep AFSK tone, a bit like an old BBC Micro loading from tape. Nothing else up there sounds like it. It's *really* strong, too - I could get it driving through a motorway tunnel in Glasgow where I can't hear the local repeater ;-)

I heard UO-11 the weekend before last, heading up through the Cairngorms national park, I heard it earlier in the week bimbling around between customer sides, never heard so much as a chirp when I was actually at home.
