Bernd, The older drivers will still be on your PC, windows update does not remove them. go to device manager, ports, select the com port your 9700 is on, then go to driver at this point you may see rollback as an option if so use that if not then select update driver, browse my computer, let me pick from a list of available drivers on my PC you should then see the new one and old one select the old one and then click next

dont forget to do both ports

Hello All,

I was running on the CP210x 5/7/2018 ver.10.1.2 driver on my win 11 22H2 pc and SatPC32 ver 12.18 to my IC-9700 and everything was working fine.

Then Windows update offered an update for CP210x to ver 11.2.0 and once installed the IC-9700 would no longer switch bands reliably nor set frequencies correctly all the time.

Switching back to the old driver fixed everything.

So just a FYI YMMV.
