Hi Scott,
A 3 pin jack female 17 mm outside diameter was used by Geloso to connect the cord of a microphone into a 3 pin male socket 20 mm in diameter fitted into the front panel of a Transmitter G 4/225 in my hand.
In general Geloso uses the above non standar connector in all models of RX/TX for radioamateurs early in the 1950-1960
If this is your case I can send to you a scanned copy of the original schematic diagram.
