Now that a little time has passed since launch and there is some separation between Space-Track.org Object A and D, it appeared this morning that Object A Keps are better fit to my AOS and LOS for HITSAT. Your mileage may vary.
Signal was not quite as strong as last evening local, but still very easy to copy. WAV File sent to HITSAT via telemetry on line form.
