I use ISS Detector. Excellent, full-featured app and I recommend it to everyone. I believe it costs $3 for all the ham satellites.

I also use Look4Sat. It's almost as good and it's free.

I have been recommending AMSATDroidFree - which I use on a Kindle Fire tablet. But I do not have a "Droid smartphone to test with. A Canadian ham just told me he was having difficulties with AMSATDroid Free - did not get the particulars.
