The kt5tk-11 balloon will be using the ISS Digipeater frequency of 145.825 MHz while in mid-Atlantic on its journey from Texas to China. See

Reports I saw on this list yesterday, indicate that the 2m digipeater on the ISS is currently off and the 70cm digi is on.

Is the ISS currently working on 145.825? if not, and it seems it's just on 70cm at the moment can someone request it is turned back on for 2M
