Dear Amsat members. could you please tell m what is the difference between telemetry data satellite is in normal mode and when in detumbling mode? I know some thing about telemetry data of satellite for space communication board. that teir voltage and power transmit to ground in 0.1 Hz. I mean this rate how change in detumbling mode?
