What am I doing wrong?

Twice in the past month I have tried to get a personal answer from an AMSAT board member to direct questions posed by a satellite builder. Questions raised after reading our questionnaire regarding sat building.

Can we please get our fecal matter together for this gentleman, and get authoritative answers to him? Or is this beyond the scope of AMSAT and its current leadership?
