BTW AlmaSat is in addition to the CubeSats on the Vega flight.
ESA's website at http://www.esa.int/esaMI/Education/SEM3N03MDAF_0.html says that so far 6 of the possible 9 CubeSats have been delivered. Spaceflight Now are giving launch date as end of January.
