I use the DXLab suite of software. It seems Sat friendly to me. I have 2011 Satellite QSOs logged and all uploaded to LoTW and eQSL via DXKeeper, one of the programs in the suite.
I have been using DXLab for at least 10 years.
The DXLab suite is free with great support. Yes, that is what I said, free with great support!

I will also recommend the DXKeep log in DXLabs. It works perfectly with eQSL and LoTW, and has great support. There is much more to the suite of programs, but you can use as little as you like.
