The CTCSS tone for the transponder is 233.6 Hz.
Uplink: 145.875MHz Downlink: 435.345MHz
Additional recommendations: Use only narrow FM Switch off compression Speak softly (mic gain down)
Satellite characteristics: All antennas are linear vertically polarized (1/4 wavelength) Sat Tx power = 5W Sat Rx sensitivity = -116.5dBm for 12dB SINAD Max antenna gain = 4dBi

Chris, are these times UTC? What date is this for?

According to the AMSAT SA site, that was the schedule for 1 November. http://www.amsatsa.org.za/index.htm

At this time, I would not rely upon the web site for scheduling as it has been in out of date for about a week. When it is updated it is often the next day already.
Just monitor every pass you can. On spec I was monitoring on Nov 1, 2009 on the 16:45 UTC pass over NA ( web site still had an October schedule ) and managed a contact with Mark WA8SME ( EN19 Winnipeg to DM08 Lake Tahoe ). We were the only 2 ops on that whole pass until my LOS.
I can confirm the excellent quality and strong audio but with occasional cutting out. I had not learned about using FM-N and lower power and mic gain to prevent that from happening. I have yet to try that throttled-back configuration.
Enjoy...
