Noted that the transponder on XW-2E was not heard on the 1415Z pass over western US. Its CW beacon was loud and clear.
The XW-2F transponder and beacon were also loud and clear, but no one was on it but me.

Accessed both XW-2E and F during the 1550Z pass off the west coast USA. Both sounded fine. No one else on the transponders.
