Hi All,
Currently I doing some SDR playing with GNC radio.
Is there a satellite that I can send a packet to and get either a packet or confirmation tone back from the satellite. Looking for Uhf up & Vhf down if possible?

You can send APRS to the Falconsat-3 digipeater. That's VHF up and UHF down. SSID is PFS3-1. https://www.amsat.org/falconsat-3/ I can't think of any U/V off the top of my head.
