The IARU Region 1 Interim Conference will be held in Vienna from February 24 to 25th 2007.

New C5 (VHF-UHF-uW) papers that will be discussed at this conference and the final agenda are now available. Among the additions is B29 - "EME Operating".

I understand there has been some adverse comment received regarding paper B01 - "Increased Amateur Satellite Service 2 Metre Usage".

Paper B08 - "The need for minimum requirements for a valid digital QSO" has proved controversial and the developer of WSJT, Joe Taylor K1JT, has compiled a document regarding the proposal that can be found in the appendix.
