Has anyone posted a Chirp file that includes proper parameters for the FM voice satellites (assuming that a separate channel pair is programmed to compensate for Doppler during passes)?
I'd appreciate being pointed to a link to it, if so.

Someone filed a ticket against Chirp for this back in 2017, and attached a sample stock config file. It has not (yet) been applied, and I'm sure the sample is outdated by now, but it might be a starting point.

FWIW AFAIK most/all Japanese FM only radios don't support cross-band memories. Chinese radios tend to, I believe.
