Re: Request for a file of amateur satellite frequencies
Hi, Not quite the answer to the question or containing the information that was being pursued The UDS_Satellite_Database is a very comprehensive list of satellites launched or constructed with other background information, I am mentioning it because it is in an "EXCEL" format and could therefore be used as tool and starting point to edit and or add the information required. I did attempt to do something on these lines a few years ago especially as on our 80 metre Amast-UK net information we usually get asked about satellite details. The problem was and still is, managing such a list bearing in mind that we now have many " cubesats" being launched. Quite a number are not listed or classed as an "Amatuer Satellite " status but still have many followers - from what I gleam on the BBS. The source and release of information on the status or operation of some of the satellites has been very difficult to pursue, thus keeping any proposed file updated is perhaps beyond its manager at the moment. Ps. I trust that all goes well for the gathering in Florida and that the approaching hurricane does not cause to many problems especially with travel and the proposed tours.
