For the record, asking to be removed from an email list in this manner is outdated and by far the slowest means of removal. Not to mention inbox clutter for those still on the list.
If you want off an email list quickly and effectively, you must follow the list's unsubscribe procedures (instructions are in every amsat email.) Alternatively, if it is present in the inbox provider you are using, click the unsubscribe option. Doing so is generally fully automated and is normally effective immediately if not within a few hour period.
Hope this helps anyone else looking to be removed.
