So with a bunch of emails today about my issues with the 9100 and SATpc32,  I was finally able to get on CAS4 this afternoon and make 2 good contacts.  Thanks to all that replied as I learned a bit more to help me in the future.

The real answer was something that Ray KN2K mentioned about the doppler.sqf file in that the entries for them may show NOR and If so should change that to REV.   Once I made corrections for that error it started to work like everyone said it should.

Later on I checked for other entries accuracy but found many files online still to have the errors in them.  One day will have to understand more about the file and why the errors are there.  I know when I first started out to get involved I was surprised to find that there was no place that had the correct files for the doppler and tone files for the current real active sats.

So thanks to all who sent mail or answered in group to help me. It will still take some time before I get it all going but I am on the right track.
