If you are looking at the Celestial BBS then you have to load amateur.txt AND go to the bottom of the screen and load Cubesats.

DO64 is in there or go to http://www.amsat.org/amsat/ftp/keps/current and download nasabare.txt.

Keep in mind that AO-7 in that listing is listed as AO-07.

In some programs this makes a difference but some don't.
