Two things, first it will not work very well on 1269 MHz. And I have one as well. Inside that blue heat shrink tubing they had a simple crimp connection between the Copper coax center pin and the Aluminum Tube.That connection corrodes and you may need to clean it up to get a good Return Loss/ SWR again.
