Am I to understand that the only active FM satellites now are AO-27 and SO-50?

Not Really...

HO-68 bit the dust.

Might be back.

AO-51 is in the crapper for a while.

Has been on most afternoons 145.880 up and 435.150 down. West coast stations might more often hear it on the eastern passes.

SO-67 is mostly off over the USA.

First week of the month is for NA and SA. I'll be writing the schedule tonight.

ARISS is rarely on.

If on, usually in digipeater.
