I finally resolved my problems in configuring WSJT-X and SatPC32 to work this mode. As I began to suspect, there was some issue in using Win4IcomSuite alongside the other 2 applications. I still think there now may be a way to add Win4IcomSuite back into the setup. But at least I know it's easy to get working as I just made 2 FT4 QSOs on RS-44.
