Copied RS-30 cw transmission ok. I am trying to setup to decode fm tlm. Tried to setup RS-30 in WISP. I could not copy/paste keps from .txt file. How do I complete WISP setup? Is there another decode package beside WISP? I thought I saw a reference to Throb 4.
