I understand and agree with Dave. Our IARU advisory satellite panel should rebut such coordination inquiries from commercial companies with a statement on their IARU coordination page like:

"This Satellite would violate against act 'xyz' and is not coordinated"

Then it would look good for the credibility of the IARU satellite panel.

I would like to thank the panel for a great job they always do for our frequency bands. This is not self-evident.
