A friend in that region hasn’t joined a club yet, but who would like me to program her HT for her … at least with simplex frees for local work.

Anyone here have first-hand knowledge of what that region uses for local simplex? Is it the same as “ours” (146.52 and 146.55, and 446.000 and 446.500)???
