RS0ISS-4 is the Packet Beacon ID and Digipeater (Sometime RS0ISS-3 depending on the radio mode configuration). The simple way to use the Digi is use the alias (ARISS) in your path name which works for both modes.
RS0ISS-11 is ID for the mailbox in the Kenwood D700. You need to have a very good station to use it in high usage areas due to all the collisions from ground stations.
