FUNcube Data Warehouse maintenance
Hi,
As part of the changes to improve the calculation of satellite time I've got to take the server down for about 20 minutes to make and validate some database changes.
I detail, I'm changing attributes currently stored as datetime into timestamp. This gives us sub-second accuracy which I need for calculating the packet times and hence better graphing and csv contents.
I plan to do this between 12:30 - 14:00 UTC (4th Feb). Any problems, with that I will delay it until 19:30 UTC (4th Feb)

Trying to download keps from Celestrak this morning, but the site times out. Is this a local issue for me or are others having problems (at 1700Z). http://celestrak.com/

CelesTrak is currently down due to ice storm in Philadelphia area that knocked out power to hundreds of thousands.
