FengMaNiu 1 (FMN 1) identified cross link?
during coinciding coverage with AO-92 can FMN-1 downlink Tx cross link to AO-92 uplink? signals can access AO-92 without a tone when it is open. has anyone heard this? 73 Christy KB6LTY

It's certainly possible, but the orbits are nearly six hours apart, so I wouldn't think there's many times that they are in range of each other, except maybe over the poles.
