It has been brought to my attention that several individuals have had difficulties in accessing/obtaining this file from my FTP site due to the TCP wrappers that I have installed. These wrappers were used to reduced the number of intrusions that were occurring. However, they aslo limit access based on specific criteria that not everyone is able to accommodate. Hence I have put the file in another location for those of you who may still want this file. Again as a reminder, the file is about 35mb in size and is a zip file.
