I want to cancel the ability of those who use amateur radio and amateur satellite service allocations and equipment illegally.

Sir Bob, when they(we?) get the Cesium Beam transmitters up there, they will just make toast/carbon of the illegal transmitters! the satellites will talk and joke about it. double hops. they might not need us. it will all be automated. seven three
