The Lapan A2 can not be operated by stations in latitudes above 32 degrees ! Please see here:

I noticed that a more recent PDF file found in the AMSAT-ID Facebook group (also cross-posted to AMSAT-NA) indicates potentially 10 degree inclination. The title page of the PDF file indicates a date of 28 September. I assume it is made to be presented after launch. It will be interesting to see the actual orbit after launch and deployment.

I loaded the pre-launch keps for LAPAN-A2 that were provided here: http://www.amsat.org/?p=4571
Using the SatPC32 Tracking, Preview menus, I was in the footprint on a couple of passes. The max elevation was less than one degree on one pass and less then two degrees on the other. I am located at 33.323 N latitude. When they revise those keps, if the inclination turns out to be higher than was indicated in the preliminary keps, there is a chance that I may be able to use that satellite, especially since it is running 5 watts.

Red,
At 36N in EM65, the best pass I could find was a -1.4 degree elevation. All the rest were worse. Looks like our friends to the south are going to have their very own satellite.
Just for fun I ran Tampa and it gives well over 2 hours a day of coverage. I bet Hector will be pleased. Hi Hi!

Hi Alan and Red
It is very exciting to have a bird 10 times in the day, even more when it has a 5W downlink.
Hopefully, this bird and FOX 's will bring back AO-51 's epoch.
