I seem to have lost CAT control between the program and the radio. ( I had to do a reset of the radio for another reason )
SatPC says it cannot find COM 3 (where cat control lives) Radio connects fine with HRD and HRD's Sat program..but will not with SatPC
Is there a menu in the radio that I have turned off or??

Probably a baud rate mismatch. I think that the radio defaults to 9600, so if you had SatPC32 set up to use a different baud rate, that could be your issue.
