PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING CORRECTION:
Concerning today's ARISS Press Release for the upcoming contact on Dec. 8 with Collège Jean Charcot, Saint Malo, France, the downlink frequency will be 437.525 MHz instead of 145.800 MHz as was noted in the release.

No, that should be 145.800 still as the Russians are doing that event and they still have VHF capability.

No. SSTV is on 145.800 at the same time as the ARISS contact, so the contact will be done on UHF.
