This pass just gone 09h58 UTC and the previous one at 08h22 UTC both had packet or APRS ? over the 145.950 Arissat SSTV. This last pass was just LOS when the packet tx was again and only ISS was still visable at my QTH.

I have recordingds but no decode of that PKT yet.
