Where to send a recording regarding delfi-c3 downlink problem?
I want to send to the c3 command team a wave file i recorded at 18-5-2008 19:25 utc. I recorded the downlink becoming erratic and dropping out shortly after. Do you know the e-mail ???

I observed, in orbit 315, that when the satellite passed fron north to south hemisphere (lat zero - 12:19 UTC) the signals had been interrupted.............
