Do "we" know why some has tremendous success hearing 145.95 - while some passes had nothing on 145.95?

I experienced both - just a "keying up" and dead silence for a few seconds at 1:03AM PDT this morning, and wonderful, full kids' message during the 2:38AM PDT pass.
