ARISSat-1 heard over Gainsville, FL

ARISSat-1 heard at 2200 UTC on 145.950 FM in SSTV. Signal was weak with only one quarter demodulated screen showing one of the fixed images. Satellite was in low power mode north of Gainsville, FL with AZ: 349, EL: +56 from Tampa, Florida.

New subject: [amsat-bb] ARISSat-1 message question?
Hi
I have a question about ARISSat-1 msgs: they are sent in any special order, or random? I'm asking this because so far I've heard more than 14 different msg in 10 languages, but not mine. Is this coincidence, or just bad luck? Should I wait, or apply for other language secret word? Thanks in advance for reply.
