The H/U mode on FO-118 seems to be working well. I noticed that the up-link is in the upper portion of the 15 meter band which seems a bit unusual since HF satellites in the past like RS-12/13 had up links that were much lower in the band i.e., 21.210 though 21.300 kHz.
I wonder if there's been any changes in the rules regarding frequency allocations set aside for HF satellites. A quick glance of the FCC website doesn't show anything specific.
