I noticed that FO-99 is getting quite low in altitude (~300km). I have never caught the transponder on on this bird and was wondering if it is only active over Japan or if it gets turned on other times. I tried looking at the schedule on the Jamsat page but it is really confusing and I don't quite understand it. I think I remember seeing stations outside of Japan working it on the status page but maybe I am remembering wrong. 73,Will, KN6QVA
