Thanks for the translated version and to Trevor for pointing us to the original.
Unfortunately - no hint of a transponder so I'll assume the worst and just be happy to track and try to decode the interesting download.
Sure wish they would be more forthcoming with information.
No coordination done via the IARU - but then they never have (to the best of my knowledge).
