If he would be a bit more accommodating to non paid subscribers, he would get more paid subscribers. I will not pay for a program that I know won't do as I desire on the hopes he might fix it... Not to likely, especially if he already has the $$$..... . I would however, be more than happy to buy a program that does offer some promise, especially considering the rest of his work is rather nice/top of the line for a 'all in one'... Hands down. I know that Rick is very interested in getting the satellite portion of HRD more widely used, and has been upgrading some of the functions and general compatibility "under the hood." If you are a paid subscriber, be sure to let them know of any issues. Right now they are working on a public beta, and can use the input. Understandably, the old versions are not actively supported.
