Hi,
Any recommendations of a good freeware planetarium program, or web site, where you can put in the parameters of an object such as a comet and your QTH, and get the azimuth and elevation? Somewhat off topic, but someone who saw my antennas asked. Google of course is very productive, probably too much so.

Stellarium should fit the bill:
It works on all the major platforms too. Pretty cool.

Many thanks for the suggestions. I have forward them to my friend. She is not a ham, but teaches science at the junior high level, and this will help with answering some of the questions she gets.
