Where can I get keps for the moon (ao-0) and keep them updated? how much do they change over time?

Most prediction programs already track the moon although the moonbounce guys use specialist moon tracking programs. There are no keps available. The chosen program just knows how to do it.

Eric,
The moon (and sun!) are sufficiently massive that you can't make the same simplifying approximations. Many programs such as ITrack, SATPC32, Nova, Trak-SM, etc, all have the capability to generate the required data using different algorithms which do not require updating. At one time I saw a program which would generate pseudo-Keps which were good for a few days, but I am not certain if that still exists somewhere.

That's a DOS program (which probably runs fine under Windows too) that can compute a set of pseudo-Keplerian elements for the Moon, which are good for a limited time (a month).
The document file in that archive also includes elements for the Sun, which can be modeled as an Earth-orbiting satellite. These elements are good for many years, at least for predicting pointing angles. Some tracking programs, however, may reject these elements due to range checking on the values.

Hi Eric AF6EP
The very popular software InstantTrack can be used for the Sun and Moon and don't need Keplerian Elements
